How do you handle fixed-price vs time-and-material projects?
Most of our projects run fixed-price with a clear scope. For exploratory or fast-evolving products, T&M with a monthly cap often works better. We'll recommend the right model after the discovery phase.
Do you take on small projects or MVPs?
Yes -we enjoy early-stage work. We have a lightweight MVP track designed to get you to market in 8–12 weeks without overengineering the first version.
Can we hire just your design team, or just engineering?
Absolutely. We offer design-only, development-only and full-stack engagements. Many clients come to us for UI/UX design and then stay for the build.
What does post-launch support look like?
Every project includes a 30-day warranty period after launch. After that, we offer monthly support retainers covering bug fixes, monitoring, minor enhancements and SLA-backed incident response.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes -we work comfortably in IST, and for clients in the US or Europe we schedule overlapping hours for sprint reviews and check-ins. Most communication is async via Slack or Notion.
How does the Smart Parking product work for a new site?
We start with a site assessment, then handle hardware deployment, cloud onboarding, operator training and a 30-60-90 day performance review. Most sites go live within 4–6 weeks of signing.
